I owe some people some money and I need a personal loan for $5000. I have a tutoring job that gives me about $200 extra a month to pay for the loan. I’m not looking for a debt consolidation company. I just want to find a bank that will give me the loan.

I used to have a website , and now I get a ton of people who are looking for refinancing, and debt consolidation. They flood my inbox with their contact info. and I find it annoying, I thought maybe I could put it to good use, so does anyone know of a mortgage company That would be willing to buy my leads?

Any Debt Consolidation options out there?

Do you know of any reputable debt consolidation companies? I have 2 credit cards and 1 personal loan, for about 20k, that I would like to consolidate into one bill. Any options or suggestions no how to do this?

With the current economy, and my work hours being cut, I’m in need of some serious credit card help. It’s now a decision between the credit cards and housing/food. If I could reduce my debt and make significantly lower monthly payments, it would be a life saver! Do any of these companies really do what they say? Also, what would be the impact on my credit ( as opposed to bankruptcy ), and how long would it take for this to drop off my credit bureau. I’d appreciate any advice.

Is there a type of debt consolidation for payday loans?

I’ve met with a lawyer to start to file for bankruptcy. The two main components of my debt are a car repo, which for some reason I still owe around $6000, and some payday loans, which I owe around $3000. I’m trying to find a way around bankruptcy, if any, does anyone have any ideas?

I will not go into reasons (my husband’s bad money managing), but we are in a lot of debt….50,000. My husband makes a decent living. I stay home with 2 kids. One is 3, and the other is 14 months. Neither of us wants to put the kids in day care. Should we refinance our house? Is there a better way? Any links to a good book or anything else would be great. We have good credit, and do not want to contact a debt consolidation company. I am desperate. I wasn’t aware of the debt we were accruing. I need it gone for my peace of mind. I have never had more than a couple thousand dollars of debt because I can manage money…and will be managing our money from now on.

I had 3 major surgeries last fall. I had insurance that covered 80%, but the 20% is still more than I can handle. I don’t want to file bankruptcy. I heard that the debt consolidation companies charge too. I dont need more debt! Should I wait for all the agencies to send my bills for “collection”? Some have already and the interest that they charge monthly is outrageous…Help… What should I do?????

I see alot of the credit counseling and debt consolidation ads on tv and the internet, but to me it seems these ads only target people who are past due, in collections and have creditors calling them. None of that is the case for me. I have never been late paying bills, nor do I have any bad marks on my credit. All I have basically is too much debt, and I’m trying to hurry and get rid of it! Can anyone offer any info?

i am mortgage loan officer and have a client who needs to take out a loan/refinance for debt consolidation and home improvements. he only owes a little over $20,000.00 on his home and it appraised at $220,000.00. he wants to borrow $100,000.00, so there would still be $120,000.00 of equity left. his credit is poor, thus the need for debt consolidation. and he is disabled with a minimal monthly disabilty check. ofcourse, his wife is on title aswell, but her credit is worse, but she does have a monthly income of a very modest amount. the fact that he recieves disability does show up on his credit report, however, the dollar amount does not. what can be done for this family? are there any mortgage lenders out there that have “stated disability” a program? please respond if you are a lender that can help,or have information on the subject that could help. thank you so much.
